Our Service and Hosting fees is grouped with access to our support ticket system and is completely customizable based on your needs . If you have this as your question then you must have contacted us for a quote and we believe you would experience the difference as we move forward on your project.

Based on your Package and Support Plan, we provide 24/7 support, however, our business hours are 9/5 (Sun-Thur). We have a support ticket system available 24/7 in case you need to reach out after hours/weekends which alert our team directly.

We schedule weekly backups and our security measures that we take include multiple firewalls on different levels – one on the OS level and another one on the website level (wordfence). We also have a number of policies, such as strong passwords; limited and controlled access (we can see if someone recovers admin password); secured access to files vis SFTP, etc. We monitor the uptime and condition of the sites we host very closely and we can go beyond that if needed, with two factor authentication.
